Ethical & Quality Standards

Elektra Energy deeply cares about people over profits. To this end, we are transparent with our clients. We maintain honest communications and act with integrity at all times with all parties involved. Pleasant and professional coordination of the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) and storage systems come naturally to us. In addition, we encourage healthy productivity while maintaining our clients’ and the installation crew members’ safety at each property.

We practice honesty, maintain integrity and act as responsible skilled tradespeople that pursue excellence.

We understand that designing, building, and maintaining solar and storage systems involve multiple interdependent steps. We take full responsibility over those steps our clients contract us to perform. We are also committed to continual improvement. We actively listen to our clients and suppliers to ensure that all the stakeholders’ varying viewpoints are taken into consideration. We ensure that each client is satisfied with our work.

Supply Chain

Our ethical and quality standards also extend to our supply chain. In particular, we only source solar PV and storage equipment from outstanding manufacturers that act ethically & sustainably. In particular, we source equipment from Growatt, Swiss Solar, and Trina Solar.

Our Supply Chain Principles

  • Transparency – We have vetted the equipment manufacturers based on 3rd party reviews/surveys and trust that the remarkable results of these independent reviews exemplify transparency in the respective manufacturers’ operations.
  • Quality – We procure PV modules, inverters, & batteries that rise above the industry standard. Safety and reliability are key to our procurement decisions.
  • Conflict-free Materials – We condemn the use of raw materials sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This area is in a state of conflict, meaning illegal means are used to produce and source raw materials, specifically tin, tantalum, tungsten, cobalt, and gold. Our suppliers are committed to sourcing raw materials from ethical and sustainable sources.
